Hundreds of veterans and their family members attended an Agent Orange Symposium in Farmville on Dec. 10 at the STEPS Centre. The Piedmont Area Veterans Council and Community Resources sponsored the event in conjunction with Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7059, American Legion Post 32, Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 196, Associates of Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 196, Lynchburg American Red Cross, Lynchburg Area Veterans Council, Cumberland High School and Salem VA Medical Center.
