Scholarships available for engineering majors

FARMVILLE — High school students looking for a career in engineering are encouraged to apply for the Ross Wagner Scholarship.
The Ross Wagner Scholarships are open to high school students in the United States and Canada only in communities where Gemini has plants, including Farmville.
According to a press release, the fund provides scholarships of up to $25,000 each year to a maximum of $100,000 over four years to attend one of the top 30 engineering schools in the U.S. and Canada.
“The scholarships are available through the fund established by Gemini, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of dimensional letters, logos and plaques for the sign, identification and recognition industries,” the release stated.
