Although they didn’t win or place, the Farmville brother-and-sister duo of Amaris and Shiloh Wilbanks certainly showed lots of spirit in the Country Showdown semifinals at the Spirit of the Suwanee Music Park & Campground in Live Oak, Fla. The siblings competed Nov. 5 against five other acts, including semifinal winner Tyler Braden, a Franklin, Tenn., firefighter and EMT. Amaris and Shiloh made it to the semifinals by winning the 35th annual Krystal Klear Pools and Spas Country Showdown at the Five County Fair on Sept. 30 presented by Jenkins Blue & Gray and Bug Busters Pest Control. The showdown at the fair was hosted by WVHL “Kickin’ Country” 92.9 FM. Congratulations to Amaris and Shiloh for doing their best!
