During a recent school board meeting, Prince Edward County High School biology teacher Sarah Fulcher (far right) and Hampden-Sydney College (H-SC) professor Dr. Michael Wolyniak present an overview of the Prince Edward County Environmental Molecular Biology Institute. The board used the occasion to celebrate the Dominion Foundation’s $25,000 grant to H-SC to partner with Longwood University to establish the institute.
