Hundreds of princesses, zombies, Teenage Mutuant Ninja Turtles and superheroes meandered along Main Street in downtown Dillwyn on Monday in celebration of Halloween. The second annual event included trick-or-treaters visiting the Heritage Hall Health Care and Rehabilitation Center, receiving candy from the elderly residents.
