As a followup to an Aug. 19 article about Buckingham, Cumberland and Prince Edward counties’ Standards of Learning (SOL) scores, this chart displays the most recent averages in each of the five categories tested compared to the previous year’s scores. Each county saw fluctuations, both higher and lower, during the 2015-16 school year, compared to the 2014-15 year, illustrated in this chart. Accreditation scores, compiled from this data, will be released in September.
