Mr. and Mrs. Robbie Ragland, of Dillwyn, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Rebecca Lee, to Dustin “Dusty” Walter Watson Grey, son of Ms. Jane Grey, of Prince Edward, and the late W.C. Grey Jr., of Amelia.

Rebecca, a 2009 graduate of Fuqua School and a 2014 graduate of the nursing program at Piedmont Virginia Community College, is employed by Centra Health. Dusty is a 2008 graduate of Fuqua School and a 2012 graduate of Hampden-Sydney College, where he majored in economics and commerce. He is employed by the Piedmont Health District.

Rebecca is the granddaughter of Vernell Moss and the late Edward Moss, of Dillwyn, and Margaret Glidewell, of Buckingham, and the late George Ragland, of Buckingham. Dusty is the grandson of the late Ray and Stella Watson, of Cumberland, and the late Walter and Cora Grey, of Amelia.

An October wedding is planned.
