Virginia Community College System Chancellor Dr. Glenn Dubois recently visited Southside Virginia Community College (SVCC) in order to learn more about programs embracing student success. At SVCC, Dubois heard about Make It Happen (MIH), a program benefitting African-American males in their pursuit of higher education.
