FARMVILLE — A New York-based limited liability corporation (LLC) recently purchased Burger King in Farmville for $2.2 million.

1004 South Main Street Owners, an LLC created and registered in Virginia in June, purchased two tracts of property on South Main Street — which include the Burger King building and parking lot — on June 30 from Cambridge Franchise Real Estate LLC, of North Carolina.

According to the deed, the assessed value of the two properties is $1.08 million. The county’s tax maps and tax cards depict the restaurant and its parking lot as the properties sold.
