The Heart of Virginia Master Gardeners will have its annual plant sale on Saturday, May 7, at the historic Farmville Train Station on W. Third Street from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. In addition to the variety of plants for sale, three hour-long programs will be given. At 9 a.m. Jeanne Grunnert will teach “Accessible Gardening.” The 10 a.m. program is “Bare Root Planting” by Tina Wells, and the 11 a.m. program is “Daylilies” by Cynthia Wood.
