A solar co-op meeting will be held at the Farmville-Prince Edward Community Library on Thursday at 6:30 p.m. Aaron Sutch, VA Sun program director, will provide information on the benefits of distributed solar energy as well as how to organize group solar installations that could save participants up to 25 percent off the cost of a solar system. VA Sun is a non-profit organization that provides co-op members with technical assistance.
