Chambers, Whorley face drug charges

BUCKINGHAM — Two Buckingham County women are facing numerous felony drug charges after being arrested last week.
Twenty-six-year-old Ashley Chambers is charged with two counts of drugs: sell or provide for resale schedule I or II drugs and two counts of conspiracy to violate the drug control act, while 21-year-old Brooke Whorley faces three counts of drugs: sell or provide for resale schedule I or II drugs and two counts of conspiracy to violate the drug control act.

According to Buckingham Sheriff William G. “Billy” Kidd Jr., the two were arrested in connection with an investigation with the Piedmont Regional Narcotic and Gang Enforcement Task Force.
