FOWLKES, Virginia Frances Lee, 93, of Farmville, died February 14, 2016. A funeral service was held Sunday, February 21 at New Hope Baptist Church, Keysville, with interment in the church cemetery. Bland-Reid Funeral Home, Farmville.
