Central Virginia Arts will offer a workshop by Mary Swezey, “Stenciling and Stamping,” on Saturday, Feb. 20, 10 a.m.-3 p.m., at Hampden-Sydney College’s Winston Building. The fee is $10 for students (teens and above), $15 for CVA members, and $25 for non-members.
