Rabies clinics scheduled

PRINCE EDWARD — Four rabies clinics will be held across Prince Edward County on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
“All dogs in Prince Edward County that are four months of age or older must have a current rabies vaccination and county dog license,” a county notice stated. “A new dog license must be purchased for each dog by Jan. 31 of each year.”
The clinics will be held at the Rice Fire Department at 10 a.m., the Prospect Fire Department at noon, the Darlington Heights Fire Department at 2 p.m. and at the Meherrin Fire Department at 4 p.m.
