Hundreds of people attended First Day Hikes across the area on Friday at state parks in celebration of the New Year. Over 200 hikers packed the newly opened access area on Camp Paradise Road at High Bridge State Trail Park, and many attended the hike at Bear Creek Lake State Park in Cumberland.
