BUCKINGHAM — The Peter Francisco Soil & Water Conservation District has announced the criteria and availability of two $1,000 scholarships.

The District will award a $1,000 scholarship to an applicant who is a resident of Buckingham County and a $1,000 scholarship to an applicant who is a resident of Cumberland County majoring in a course curriculum related to natural resource conservation and/or environmental studies, according to a press release.
