Matthew Fariss, who represents the 59th District, and Legislative Aide Jenna Fulmer attended the Central Region Unit Heads Extended Leadership meeting and luncheon at the Dillwyn Correctional Center on Dec. 16.  Also present was assistant Buckingham County Administrator Karl Carter. Virginia Department of Corrections (VADOC) wardens, assistant wardens, probation and parole chiefs, deputy chiefs and executive leaders from VADOC Headquarters also attended.
