FARMVILLE — The community is invited to participate in “Coffee and Conversation” with Farmville Police Chief Curtis Davis and members of the department on Friday at Burger King on South Main Street.

The event will begin at 7 a.m., according to a police department press release.

“This will be an opportunity to meet with … Davis and other members of the department to discuss a variety of topics. This will be an informal gathering designed to facilitate communication with the community in a relaxed setting,” the release stated.

The event is open to the public.
