Fuqua holds Pumpkin Lighting

Pumpkins glowed on the Fuqua Lower School lawn as the PTSA held its second annual Pumpkin Lighting celebrating fall, family and fun. From caricatures to face painting, crafts to a costume parade, cotton candy to a balloon artist, enjoyment was the order of the night. The best class pumpkin competition was won by Mrs. Herdegen’s fourth and fifth grade class. They won the prize of having their own dress down day. “Thank you to everyone for their efforts — this night would not have been possible without the great teamwork of our fabulous parents, teachers, students and facilities crew!” Sarah Grant, coordinator of the PTSA event, said. Pictured enjoying the activities is Gabe Mau of Farmville.
