Sharon Baptist Church will celebrate the 16th anniversary of its pastor, the Rev. Robert R. Jones, Sunday starting at 11 a.m. The Rev. Walter Fells, pastor of Mercy Seat Baptist Church will speak. Dinner will follow the service.

The poetry and musical extravaganza at 3 p.m. will feature Mrs. Louise Burnside, Rev. Wyatt Vaughan and the Royal Supremes; the Rev. Lee Watkins will be worship leader. The pastor and First Lady Rev. Sybil Jones will be honored. All are invited.
