The Prince Edward County School Board recognized PECHS junior Henry Lutz for participating in the Virginia Space Coast Scholars program. Lutz was one of 90 students selected from the 243 students who participated in the four-month online program to attend the prestigious one-week summer academy at the NASA Wallops Island Flight Facility. Lutz spoke about his experience during the September meeting of the PECPS Board and demonstrated a hydraulic arm that his team completed as part of the Engineer Design Challenge.
