Buckingham Baptist Church, 24234 N. James Madison Hwy. New Canton, will hold its Fall Festival on Saturday, 1-5 p.m.

Barry and Linda Miles, along with Mae Rutherford, all of Cumberland, and Jane Cooke, of Brookneal, enjoyed an all-day Gospel Sing Oct. 17 at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Midlothain. In concert were Mae Rutherford’s nephew, Danny Figgins, The Singing Policeman of Front Royal, Smokey Wilson of Concord and The Finneys of Chesterfield and lots more. They ended the day at Golden Corral of Richmond.  Everyone enjoyed food, fun and fellowship but most of all a blessing from the Lord.
