Edward Paul Ballard, 85, died October 21, 2015 in Broomfield, CO. He was born January 17, 1930 in West Virginia.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Beverly Deloris Baird Ballard, and survived by three sisters-in-law, Marvin B. Brocken of Locus Grove, Joyce B. Spencer of Farmville, and Lucinda B. Wheeler of Scottsville.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, October 28, at noon in St. Andrews Baptist Church, Dillwyn, with interment in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Dunkum Funeral Home, Dillwyn, is in charge of arrangements.
