James Anderson Hwy, Buckingham, Virginia on October 1, 2015 at 12:00 PM, the property with improvements to wit:

All that certain tract or parcel of land, lying and being in Maysville District of Buckingham County, Virginia, containing 2.25 acres, more or less, but being a description by the boundary and not by the acre. and bounded by the lands of Moseley, the other lands now or formally of Wiseman (the Chain tract), and the lands herein above conveyed to the party of the second part, the land hereby conveyed is In two parts, one about one fourth of and acre NW and adjoining the 2.00 acres of land already owned by the party of the third part by virtue of a deed of record at Deed Book 170. Page 204 and the other 2.00 acres, more or less, being to the SE of the 2.00 acre tract already owned by the party of the third part by virtue of a deed of record et Deed Book 170, Page 204.
