In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $110,645.11, with an annual interest rate of 10.700000% from TIMOTHY W. WISEMAN AND VICKI C. WISEMAN dated September 25, 2006, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the COUNTY OF BUCKINGHAM as Deed Book 335, Page 884, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the COUNTY OF BUCKINGHAM, on the courthouse steps at the front of the 13061 W. James Anderson Hwy, Buckingham, Virginia on October 1, 2015 at 12:00 PM, the property with improvements to wit:

All that certain tract or parcel of land, lying and being in Maysville District of Buckingham County, Virginia, containing 2.25 acres, more or less, but being a description by the boundary and not by the acre. and bounded by the lands of Moseley, the other lands now or formally of Wiseman (the Chain tract), and the lands herein above conveyed to the party of the second part, the land hereby conveyed is In two parts, one about one fourth of and acre NW and adjoining the 2.00 acres of land already owned by the party of the third part by virtue of a deed of record at Deed Book 170. Page 204 and the other 2.00 acres, more or less, being to the SE of the 2.00 acre tract already owned by the party of the third part by virtue of a deed of record et Deed Book 170, Page 204. The corners of the resulting 4.25 acre tract is marked with metal pins and is triangular in shape and to the SW of a private mad.

BEING THE PROPERTY CONVEYED IN Warranty Deed from Ronnie J. Wiseman Ned Audrey D. Wiseman to Timothy W. Wiseman And Vicki C. Wiseman, dated 10/08/2003, recorded 11/07/2003, In Deed Book 296, Page 37, In the County Clerk’s Office for Buckingham County, Virginia.
