GOODMAN dated November 6, 2008, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the COUNTY OF PRINCE EDWARD as Deed Instrument Number 200802816, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the COUNTY OF PRINCE EDWARD, at the front of the Circuit Court building for the County of Prince Edward located at 124 N. Main Street, Farmville, Virginia on September 24, 2015 at 12:00 PM, the property with improvements to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT or parcel of land, lying and being in the Hampden Magisterial District, Prince Edward County, Virginia, containing 1.52 acres and designated as Lot 15b of Pearl’s Woods on that certain plat prepared by Elisha E. Hodges, III, dated August 28, 2007, and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Prince Edward County, Virginia in Plat Cabinet A, at slide 358 #4. Reference is hereby made to said plat for a more particular metes and bounds description as contained in said plat. The description contained in said plat is incorporated herein by reference as if same were textually herein contained.
