Pursuant to the terms of a credit line deed of trust dated June 26, 2009, in the original maximum principal amount of $83,700.00, recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Prince Edward County, Virginia, as Instrument No. 200901409, the property briefly described below will be offered for sale at public auction:
Lot 3, containing 3.01 ac +/-, as shown on the plat of Payne Drive Subdivision, recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Plat Book 7, Page 151 (incorrectly recited in the deed of trust as Page 145), and as more particularly described in the referenced deed of trust.
The sale will take place on OCTOBER 7, 2015, AT 2:00 P.M., at the front entrance to the Prince Edward County Courthouse Building, located at 124 N. Main Street, Farmville, VA.
The property and the improvements thereon will be sold “AS IS” and without representation or warranties of any kind. The sale is subject to all liens, encumbrances, conditions, easements and restrictions, if any, superior to the mentioned deed of trust and lawfully affecting the property.
Terms: A deposit in the form of CERTIFIED FUNDS in the amount of $7,000.00 or 10% of the successful bid, whichever is lower, is required of any bidder at the time of sale. Closing within fifteen (15) days of sale. Time is of the essence. Additional terms will be announced at sale. Purchaser to pay all closing costs. Sale subject to lender confirmation.
