The purpose of this suite is to sell real estate in the name of Junius Banks to collect a Judgment against the said Banks. It appearing by Affidavit filed herein that the whereabouts of Defendant, Junius Banks are unkown and that in fact if Junius Banks is deceased, her heirs, devisees, assigns or successors in interest are unknown individuals and that there may be PARTIES UNKNOWN who are indebted to Plaintiff, it is therefore Ordered that the said Junius Banks or his heirs, devisees, assigns and successors in interest appear before this Court on or before the 5^th day of October, 2015, and do whatever is necessary to protect their interest herein.
