Mrs. Mary Rosa Crump, 99, of Cumberland, departed this life on Tuesday, August 18, 2015 in Farmville.

Mrs. Crump is survived by her children, Kate Elizabeth Trent and McKinley John Crump (JoAnn); five grandchildren, William Trent (Mary Ann), Jerome Trent (Cindy), Dwayne Trent (Wanda), Danielle Crump, and McKinley J. Crump Jr.; 24-plus great-grandchildren; 16-plus great-great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Louise Booker; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, and a lot of special children.

Her remains rest at Marian Gray Thomas Funeral Home, Cumberland, where public viewing will be held Friday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, 12 noon, at Center Union Baptist Church, Cumberland, with the Rev. Clarence Trent, pastor, officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
