Bill Shear, center, and Pam DeCamp, right, spoke of the VLAS new location on Third Street in Farmville and provided general information regarding the goals and mission of the organization. Legal Aid provides legal representation to low income individuals in civil cases, such as suits related to housing, health care benefits, education, advance directives, custody disputes, and more. The majority of their clients are elderly or families.
