The object of this suit is to quiet title to real estate lying and being in Buckingham County, Virginia, and which is described as:

All that certain tract or parcel of land, together with all improvements and appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying and being in James River Magisterial District of Buckingham County, Virginia, containing 37.82 acres, more or less, of record in Deed Book 420, page 602, as Tract 31, and being more particularly described on a plat of William W. Dickerson, Jr., dated August 20, 2009 in Plat Cabinet A, slide 204E of record in said Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 377, page 842. See Tax Map 62-4.

It appearing from an Affidavit filed in this cause that there are Respondents whose addresses are unknown and further that there may be parties who are unknown that may have an interest in said property;

On consideration whereof, it is ORDERED that all parties hereinabove named, including those designated as “Parties Unknown”, appear on or before September 28, 2015, and do what is necessary to protect their interests.
