Main Street, Farmville, Virginia on August 6, 2015 at 12:00 PM, the property with improvements to wit:

HINES, C.L.S. OF MAXEY-HINES & ASSOCIATES, P.C., DATED MARCH 11, 1992, RECORDED IN THE CLERKS OFFICE OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF PRINCE EDWARD COUNTY, VIRGINIA IN DEED BOOK 273, PAGE 760 AND SHOWN THEREON AS CONTAINING 1.99 ACRES.
