The object of this suit is to remove a cloud on title to and to quiet title in the Plaintiff, John D. Kitchen, Jr., in that certain sixty acre parcel initially deeded unto Tim Claiborne by deeds recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Buckingham County, Virginia, in Deed Book 38, at Page 143, and Deed Book 12, at Page 80, and to remove a cloud on title, it is hereby

ORDERED that any parties claiming any interest in the aforementioned 60-acre parcel of real estate appear on or before September 11, 2015 and do what is necessary to protect their interest in said land.
