Defendant

ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of this suit is to partition a certain parcel or tract of land in the Marshall Magisterial District, Buckingham County, Virginia, with any and all improvements, if there be any, fronting on State Route 676, Ridge Road, containing 33.98 acres, more or less, and being shown and described on a plat of survey dated September 19, 2013, prepared by Dickerson Surveying, LLC. The above parcel of real estate is the same identical real estate that originates on the Land records of Buckingham County, Virginia in the name of Schuyler Stanton in 1869, District Number 2. Thereafter, by Decree entered in the Circuit Court of Buckingham County, Virginia in Deed Book 244, at page 321, Cernata C. Stanton Morse acquired a part interest in the above described real property as a great-great niece of Schuyler Stanton. Thence, the acquired interest by Cernata C. Stanton Morse was conveyed to H. Curtis Pearson, Jr. and Jefferson M. Catlett, recorded in the Circuit Court of Buckingham County, Virginia in Deed Book 414, at page 133.

And, it appearing by affidavit filed according to law that Schuyler Stanton is now deceased and that the unknown heirs, successors and assigns of Schuyler Stanton and all persons interested in his estate are unknown, it is therefore

ORDERED that all persons interested in this estate appear on or before the day of September 8, 2015, in the Clerk’s Office of this court and do what is necessary to protect their interests.

And, it is further ORDERED that this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in The Farmville Herald, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Buckingham, Virginia, and that a copy of this order be posted at the front door of the courthouse wherein this Court is held.
