The Cartersville Ruritan Club presents The Quacker Challenge Cup, taking place on Saturday, July 11 at 3 p.m. at the James River Landing at Cartersville. Plastic ducks will be dumped from the bridge into the river and race to the finish line. The prizes are $500 for first place, $300 for second place and $100 for third place.
