Buckingham Chamber Meeting

The Buckingham County Chamber of Commerce will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday at the VFW building on U.S. Route 60. Steve Stewart, the publisher of The Farmville Herald, will be the guest speaker.

A meal will be provided by Wise Ridge Country Store. Members are asked to RSVP by Monday at 5 p.m. by calling (434) 983-2372.

Compression Seminar In Buckingham

Friends of Buckingham will present a seminar on the proposed compressor station and pipeline for Buckingham County for the annual session of the United Baptist Association of Central Virginia on Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the Frances Redwood Center, located at 27294 North James Madison Highway, U.S. Route 15, in New Canton.
