Works of art by Prince Edward students Kristen Hornstein, grade 12, (top photo) and Casey Fox, grade 3, (bottom photo) were recognized by the Virginia School Boards Association (VSBA) at their Spring Network Forum, which took place at the Institute for Advanced Learning and Research, Danville Public Schools. The student art show is a tradition at the VSBA regional forums. Each school division submits artwork to be judged at the forum with ribbons for the winners. Casey Fox won second place at the elementary school level. Dr. K. David Smith, PECPS superintendent, recognized Casey and Kristen at a recent school board meeting.
