CHS Spring Athletes Named All-Conference

CUMBERLAND — The Virginia High School League (VHSL)All-Conference 44 teams were recently released and numerous Cumberland High School spring sports athletes were named to those teams.
Both the boys and girls track teams were named All-Conference as a team, while sophomore softball player Infinity Anderson was named Second-Team outfielder.
Senior Jacob Perry (catcher), senior E.J. Rose (shortstop) and junior Brandon Leabough (outfielder) made First-Team All-Conference in baseball. Senior Tyler Shores was named Second-Team, as pitcher and utility player.
Senior Colby White (forward) and junior John Gonzalez (mid-fielder) were named First-Team for boys soccer, while senior John Bapties (defender) and sophomore Matthew Bapties (mid-fielder) were named to the Second-Team.
