Dakota Bradley, of Scottsville, recently received a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Studies from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, Md., during its 146th commencement ceremonies.

FSU President Jonathan C. Gibralter conferred nearly 700 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this May commencement.
