Mr. and Mrs. Duane Easter, of Farmville, are proud to announce the engagement of their son, Joshua Kenneth Easter, to Chrissa Michelle Mozaffari, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Andre Mozaffari, of Modesto, CA. Joshua’s grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Jenkins, of Appomattox, and Mrs. Ruth Easter and the late Vernon Easter, of Cumberland. Chrissa’s grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Mehdi Mozaffari, of Modesto, CA, and Manual Mendoza and the late Mrs. Lupe Mendoza, of Kingsburg, CA.

Joshua is a 2013 graduate of the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA, and has a bachelor’s degree in Engineering. He currently works for American Building Company in Modesto, CA.

Chrissa is also a 2013 graduate of the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA, with a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry. She is currently working on her master’s degree in Bioanalytical and Physical Chemistry.

An August 1 wedding is planned in Stockton, CA.
