In execution of a Deed of Trust dated December 30, 2005, recorded in the Clerk’s Office, Circuit Court, Prince Edward County, as Instrument Number 200600582, the undersigned will offer for sale at public auction the property described in and conveyed by said Deed of Trust, being known and designated as: ALL THOSE TWO (2) certain lots, and appurtenances thereunto belonging and situated in the Town of Farmville, Prince Edward County, Virginia, fronting 110 feet on Park Avenue and more particularly described on plat dated December 20, 1977, prepared by Ralph P. Hines, C.L.S., as follows, to-wit: BEGINNING at a iron, corner of Park Avenue and Serpell Street, thence North 50 degrees 10 minutes West 110 feet; thence North 39 degrees 50 minutes East 150 feet to an iron at alley; thence along southern right of way line of alley South 50 degrees 10 minutes West 150 feet and being all of Lots 1 and 2, Block 8, “Map of Serpell Addition, Farmville, Virginia”.

Sale shall take place on April 2, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. at the front entrance of the Circuit Court building, Prince Edward County, Virginia. Sale shall be subject to all matters of record lawfully affecting the title to the property. The property will be sold “as is” without any guaranty or representation as to condition or title and will be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be announced at the sale.

The successful bidder may be required to deposit 10% of the sale price in cash or by cashiers or certified check at the time his bid is accepted. Settlement in full shall take place within 10 days of sale and shall be in cash or by cashiers or certified check.
