The Southside SPCA and the Fuqua Cheerleaders have partnered for a New Year’s Fitness Fair being held January 11, 3-5 p.m., at the Fuqua School Upper Gym. Licensed fitness instructor around the area will offer their service in an interactive, demo-style fitness and wellness expo. Tickets are $5 per person before January 7 and $10 after January 7 or at the door.

There will be five class-style demos: Bootcamp, Piyo, Zumba, Turbokick, and Crossfit.

Health and Wellness vendors will be present including Central Virginia facial and skincare experts, cancer support groups and smoothie and snack booth, and local fitness instructor will offer their serves for the event.
