In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $113,847.85, dated January 30, 2007, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for Cumberland County on February 2, 2007, as Instrument Number 20070244, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction, at the main entrance of the courthouse for the Circuit Court of Cumberland County, 1 Court House Circle, Cumberland, VA on October 15, 2014 at 1:30 PM, the property described in said deed of trust, located at the above address and briefly described as: Beginning at a stake on the West side of the old Farmville-Cumberland Highway where the property hereby conveyed corners with the property of W. V. Lynn, thence S. 36 degrees 15 mins W. along said old Farmville-Cumberland Highway 113.1 feet to Lot 11, as shown on said plat; thence N. 57 degrees W. 298 feet along Lot 11 to a stake; thence N. 36 degrees 15’ E 113.1 feet to an iron stake at the rear of W. V. Lynn’s lot; thence along the said Lynn’s lot S. 57 degrees E. 298 feet to an iron stake on the west side of said old Farmville-Cumberland Highway, the point of beginning.. TERMS OF SALE: ALL CASH. A bidder’s deposit of $10,000.00 or 10% of the sale price, whichever is lower, will be required in cash, certified or cashier’s check.
