AUGUST 12 — Catherine Pavlik Baron, 86, of Farmville, died Monday, August 11, 2014. She was a retiree from the Federal Government.

She is survived by a son, Edward Sims (Anna); a brother, George Pavlik; and a grandchild, Leighann Sims.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, August 14 at 11 a.m. at St. Theresa Catholic Church, Farmville.
