Twin Lakes Notes Weekend Events

Twin Lakes State Park announces the following weekend events:

Friday, June 13, 11 a.m., “Creature Feature – Owls” – 12:30 p.m., “Touch of Nature” – hands-on with nature; 3 p.m., “Back Yard Bass” – land based fishing game; 7:30 p.m., “Campfire – Pioneer Cooking” – make some Dutch Oven treats;

Saturday, June 14, 10 a.m. “Junior Rangers” – activities include Orienteering, Archery, Canoeing, Survival Skills, and Animal Education, upon completion each child will receive a certificate and Junior Ranger patch, for ages five and up, $10 per child, there are a limited number of spaces available, to reserve a spot contact park office;

Sunday, June 15 – 11 a.m., “Father’s Day Fishing Tournament” trophies will be awarded for best catches, for more information and to reserve a place, contact the park office.
