The marriage of Samantha Gale Bootwright, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William P. Bootwright, of Richmond, to Dillon Lynn Tyson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Barry L. Tyson, of Columbia, took place on August 31 at Carolyn Baldwin Lake.

Pastor Alexis Fathbruckner officiated.

Matron of honor was Jamie Harvey, best friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Meredith Lawrence, Erin Hecht, Taylor Webster, and Sarah Starke. Flower girl was MacKenzie Brooke Vance.

Best man was Barry L. Tyson, father of the groom. Groomsmen were Cody Tyson, brother of the groom, Hunter Spillman, Daniel Adams, Chip Martin, and T.J. Tucker.

The couple resides in Columbia.
