Samantha Price of Cumberland, was crowned 2013 Little Miss Five County Fair at the beauty pageant that was held at The Five County Fair in Farmville on Sept. 17. She is the daughter of Sam and Crystal Price, of Cumberland, She has two brothers, Anthony and Shawn. Samantha is six years old and a first grader at Cumberland Elementary School.
