Twin Lake State Park announces the following events:

Thursday, July 18, 6 p.m., “Archery 101” – near the Cedar Crest Conference Center on the new Archery range, learn the basics of archery safety and technique and play a fun aiming game, parking is limited, for children eight and older; parental supervision for children under 12 required, closed toe shoes required for all archers;

Friday, July 19 – 8 p.m., “Make New Friends Campfire” make new friends at the park, sing songs, hear stories, and enjoy s’mores;

Saturday, July 20, Junior Ranger Day – experience the great outdoors through a series of programs that teach nature and adventure lessons, from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., ages five-12, cost $10; sign-up in advance at the Main Office (spaces limited);

Sunday, July 21, 4 p.m., “Georcaching 101” – new way to treasure hunt; $3 per person, $8 per family.
