In execution of a deed of trust dated July 28, 2003 and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Prince Edward County, Virginia, as Instrument # 200302226 from Colonel D. Walker and Rosalee Walker, husband and wife, to Vivian R. Seay, Trustee, and upon duly recorded Substitution of Trustee recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office and default having been made in the payment of the debt secured, and at the request of the beneficiary under the said deed of trust the undersigned Sole Acting Trustee, has declared all the debts and obligations secured by the deed of trust due and payable and will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder on the front steps of the Prince Edward County Circuit Courthouse, Virginia, on Friday, August 16, 2013, at 3:00 p.m.

All that certain tract or parcel of real estate, with improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situated, lying and being, in the Buffalo Magisterial District of Prince Edward County, Virginia, containing 1.003 acres, State Route 660
