ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of this suit is to establish title by adverse possession either in the Plaintiffs or Defendants of certain real estate located in Marshall District of Buckingham County, Virginia, known as Tax Map #99-43 and now or formerly owned by Arthur Peaks, Ernest Peaks and Henry Peaks. Affidavit been having made that there may be parties unknown who are appropriate parties hereto or that some of the parties hereto may be non-resident Defendants, it is therefore

ORDERED that each party claiming any interest in the aforementioned 10 acre parcel of real estate not otherwise represented herein appear before this Court on or before July 8, 2013 and do whatever is necessary to protect their interest in said land.
